Bassem founded KHANSA to bring enterprise-grade engineering within reach of Swiss SMEs. His path runs from networks to AI — co-founding an internet provider in 2009, engineering cloud systems at IBM, consulting at Accenture, then leading a DevOps & security team at Swisscom, where he built and mentored 15+ engineers across four enterprise products. With an MSc in Data Science, he now designs the agentic-AI systems that turn technological complexity into a concrete advantage — with rigour, and without jargon. He leads KHANSA's product engineering from the first prototype to production operations.
