Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 June 2026

KHANSA takes the protection of your data seriously. This policy explains what data we process through this site, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP).

Data controller

KHANSA Group Sàrl, Av. Nestlé 8, 1820 Montreux, Switzerland.

Business identification number: CHE-374.005.204. Contact: info@khansa.ch · +41 79 600 61 18.

Data we process

Filon waitlist: your email address, and optionally your company name and role, when you provide them.

Booking: handled by our scheduling provider (see “Processors”).

Technical data: server logs strictly necessary for the operation and security of the site.

Purposes

To contact you about the Filon pilot; to operate, secure and improve the site.

We never resell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Hosting and data location

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., on infrastructure located outside Switzerland.

Filon waitlist sign-ups are stored via Supabase, in a data centre located in the European Union (eu-west-2 region).

Client data relating to our service engagements is processed in Switzerland under the contractual terms agreed with each client.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.

Analytics, when enabled, rely on Plausible Analytics — cookieless and without identifiable personal data.

The booking window (Cal.com), when opened, may set its own cookies, subject to that provider’s policy.

Processors

Vercel (hosting), Supabase (waitlist storage), Cal.com (booking) and Plausible (analytics).

Each accesses only the data necessary for its function.

Retention

Waitlist addresses are kept until the public launch of Filon or until you request deletion.

Technical logs are kept for a limited period, for security purposes.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@khansa.ch.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in Bern.
