You sense that AI and automation could help — but where, and is it worth it? Committing budget without knowing what actually pays off is a real risk. Most SMEs need a clear, costed picture before they invest.
Clarity, not a pitch
A factual map of where your time and money actually go — measured, not guessed.
A prioritised roadmap
The 3 to 5 highest-impact automations, each costed in time and francs.
Numbers before you commit
You decide with figures in hand, and you stay free to execute with anyone.
- 01
Days 1–2 · Framing
A one-hour conversation with you and your key people. We listen to your processes, your friction points, your numbers — and get read access to the tools involved.
- 02
Days 3–8 · Mapping
We document your real flows — not the ones in the manual — and measure the time and cost of each. The opportunities emerge from the data, not a hunch.
- 03
Days 9–12 · Costing
We prioritise the 3 to 5 highest-impact automations, costed in hours and francs, with the implementation effort alongside.
- 04
Days 13–14 · Readout
A one-hour presentation and a written report. You leave with an executable roadmap — by us, or by whoever you choose.
- A written diagnostic report: your processes mapped and costed.
- The 3 to 5 priority automations, each costed in time and money.
- An executable roadmap, with the implementation effort estimated.
- The readout presentation (1 h) with you and your teams.
It's for you if
- You're a Swiss SME of 2 to 25 people.
- Your teams spend visible time on repetitive tasks.
- You want numbers before you commit — not a pitch.
It's not for you if
- You're after a software licence to plug in with no support.
- Your processes aren't settled — automating a bad process only produces errors faster.
- You expect a result without giving us access to the reality on the ground.
Our commitment
If we find nothing worth the cost, we say so — and that, too, is a result. You leave with an honest answer, not an invoice for a promise.
- How much does it cost?
- CHF 2,000, flat fee. No surprises, and no commitment beyond the diagnostic.
- How long does it take?
- Two calendar weeks. Most of your time is two one-hour conversations: framing at the start, the readout at the end.
- Do we have to give you access to our systems?
- Read access to the tools involved is enough. Your data stays with you; we document what we consult, in accordance with the nFADP.
- Are we obliged to continue with you afterwards?
- No. The roadmap is executable by any competent provider. No commitment beyond the diagnostic.
- And if you find nothing?
- We tell you plainly — that's a result too. An honest answer beats an automation that doesn't pay off.
